The author places her stories in a specific setting and setting and at the same time in a literary atmosphere, which is none other than the period of the military junta in Greece, i.e. between 1967-1974. At that time Trullinou, as a student, lived through all the major events, as she was organised in the struggle for the fall of the dictatorship and was present both at the Law School and at the Polytechnic, so what she describes takes on the character of a document, becoming without exaggeration a realistic look, in order to capture on paper the great moments of a youthful resistance that shook the whole of Europe. With this logic in mind, the author is able to bring to the surface even the most minor moments, which for her are of great value, which is why she quotes them, hoping for an identification - especially among young people who did not live through them but learn about them through books - both prose and ideological, an identification which leaves open the possibility that these fighters may appear as heroes in their eyes, become living legends and at the same time have passed into modern history as the main lever thanks to which the Junta collapsed, dragging with it, of course, half of Cyprus with its disastrous mistakes, as it caused the Turkish invasion.
